Owner discovered termite damage in exterior of home and in master shower.
Exterior plaster was removed, damage to wood determined, column removed and supported. After treatment, new framing installed, 2nd floor deck repaired, sheathing installed, stucco applied and repainted.
Existing shower was removed and damage assessed. After treatment, divider wall constructed, new shower pan installed, new tile installed on walls and shower floor and glass walls and doors replaced. Note wall cove for shampoo and soap in lieu of original corner shelf..
On a different house, water penetration had damaged the patio overhang leaving mold and rotted wood. Here are photos prior to wood replacement.
